SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statuatory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the date we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY - AUSTRALIA

As is required by Australian law, GST will be levied at the point of sale. This tax will be added to your order at checkout at 10% of the value of the selected products including freight charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (United States)

Due to changes in tariffs in the US and the collection of such, we have decided to charge import duties included which will be included in the freight costs at checkout. By doing this you, the customer, should receive the purchased goods without further payment. This has reduced our low cost freight options as this requires a higher administrative overhead on behalf of our freight forwarders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Due to dynamic changes in the importation of low value packages into many territories, we have decided to defer all importation fees and taxes (except in the US) to be handled by the customer. Please be aware that these will be levied by the freight forwarder, as appropriate, before delivery will be made. On larger orders please contact us at sales@filmsetsolutions.com.au and we will work with you to organise a freight option as appropriate to your circumstance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise  you of a revised delivery time estimate.
